About us

The Sandman Foundation is made up of all the men and women were lucky enough to work with Coach Kendal at any time. If you ever ran in the sand, jumped a barrel in a park, or did any training with Coach Kendal: Congratulations, you’re a member of the Foundation.

For the legal eagles out there, we are a 501(c)(3). Our Articles of Incorporation have been filed with the Illinois Sec of State under the name “Sandman Foundation Inc.” and registered with the Illinois State Attorney General.
